Saturday and Sundays are my Favorite!

It has been a long week and I was happy to get to the weekend!

I had a mini haul run Friday night and I am excited to share all of my goodies!

First I hit the Dollar Tree on the lookout for these clips that planner girls use in their travel notebooks to help hold the books flat so you can decorate or journal.  Someone online mentioned they had seen them by the registers and there they were.  I picked up two bags just in case - and also to pass them on to other planner girls I know.

I also went down the sticker aisle to check on the new ones.  They had restocked the owls I looked for last time I was there.

My little nephew is a sticker collector too so I grabbed him a few sheets.

I found some Halloween stickers in boxes that another planner girl had mentioned would decorate a planner really well since they are so small.  I will also add these to my candy bowl at Halloween.

The stickers fit perfectly in my little planner card holder from The Planner Society Kit.

I love that you can grab tons of goodies at the Dollar Tree and not spend much.  I am excitedly waiting for a Tutti Frutti planner kit from Happie Scrappie and picked up these note pads to go with the kit.

I spent under $12 on all of these goodies. (The notepads are not in the photo.)  I check out the Dollar Tree every couple weeks on that search for Washi tape but I have never found any there.

Target is another one of my favorite places to shop when I just want to walk around and see what is new in the store.

Of course, the Dollar Spot is the first place I check out in Target - I have heard a rumor that they are doing away with this section! WHAT>?????  I will not like this at all - I find some great planner goodies in this section.  I grabbed this larger file folder to hold my larger sticker pages.  I have the smaller one for my die-cuts.

There is a new plaid collection and they have these adorable initial mugs.  So happy they had this pretty blue - the photo does not do that blue justice.

I am always on the lookout for a cart similar to the Raskog cart by IKEA but still have not found one - someone online had mentioned getting one for $20 there.  No luck at my Target but I did find these white tins for organizing when I do get a cart.

Halloween Washi tape!  I have been looking all over for this tape.  They had one roll left and I grabbed it up!

I started the Listers Gotta List challenge again for October and I needed a notebook to start listing.  I love the notebook section at Target.  They are really fun and have lots of choices.  This one has blue colored pages.  There is a notebook there too that is a listers book with prompts - so on my wishlist.

I also found the pineapple little 1 inch notebook I have been looking for at Target.  They had inserts for it that I picked up as well but I am going to look around for some cuter ones.

I am still decorating my office and I found some fox canvas art.  My office has been mostly the mint color in the art but I want to add some yellows.

I had a fun time perusing Target for all these great products.

Saturday Steals and Deals!

Happy Saturday!  Check out Hautelook today for Mirenesse Australia, Swissco Beauty Tools and CoTZ sunscreen.  I have heard people praise the Swissco brushes.

I have a lot of goodies in the mail right now - Ipsy, my second Birchbox, PopSugar Must Have, and some goodies from Etsy I ordered for my planner.   It should be a fun mail week!

I cannot wait to start using my new Ban.do planner - it is adorable!  There are cute phrases and clip art throughout it too!  I almost went with the bigger, spiral bound one but I like the size of this one better.

On ETSY, there are so many planner sales pages it is overwhelming so if you have a shop you love, please let me know about it!  I bought from MissStickerJunkie and SweetKawaiiDesign.  I bought some cute planner stickers and some cute page clips.  These are the ones I bought for my Posh business.

Let me know of any deals and steals that you are watching this weekend!  Have a great day!

Monday Musings!

We went shopping for lamps over the weekend and I found this great desk lamp for my daughter at Lowes.  I need to go back and get her the matching floor lamp.

This great bracelet is now on my watch list.  My Instagram friend got this at TJ Maxx.

EEK - I have tickets for the New Kids - my sister and I are going to see our boys again!  We are in section 7 and I am so thrilled!  Really hoping they do an after party so we can see our guys up close.

I am loving the new things they are doing with Birchbox each month!  The April boxes are beautiful and I want both New York and California boxes!  How will I choose?

I love the Bonus buy choices too - and I think I have decided on the tumbler and notebooks.  I am crazy about cute tumblers.

Sephora Haul

Sephora Haul

I finally ordered my Naked on the Run from Urban Decay that I have been trying to get since Christmas.  I  was trying to get it in the store near me with a JC Penney Sephora gift card but they never restocked it after telling me for weeks it would be in the next shipment.  I finally just went online and ordered it.  The Tony Moly lip balm was a fun item I added on.

The Naked on the Run contains 6 eye shadows, bronzer and blush, a mascara, an eye liner, and a lip gloss in Sesso.  My larger eye shadow in cool bisque satin was a bit crushed but not enough for me to return.  You can pop this in your overnight bag and be set for the weekend.  I do wish it had included brushes.

I also cashed in my Sephora beauty insider points I have been saving up.  For 500 points, you get a makeup bag, a sleep mask, a face mask, and a long makeover at Sephora.

A nice bonus to shopping online at Sephora is picking out three samples with your order.  I rarely get samples in my Sephora store unless I am looking at a particular item.   I chose the NARS foundation, Living Proof curl wash, and Caudalie eye cream.  The eye cream is the smallest sample but since it is an eye cream it will last.

SHH! My cheap secret favorite site!

SHOP MISS A

I stumbled upon a nice little website while facebooking a few months ago and it is so fun!  Everything on the site is a $1.  They have everything from hair accessories to makeup.  My favorite little site to shop when I am broke but want a bunch of goodies!

EEK - first look is so fun!

ELF SHIMMERING FACIAL WHIP -  Elf has  a whole section on the site too.  I have been looking for this facial whip as it is a dupe for Benefit's That Gal.

ELF PLUMPING LIP GLAZE  - This is another item I have not been able to find at Walmart so I picked it up on the site.   The color is Fire Coral.

DOUBLE FLOWER LAYERED CHAIN BRACELET - this is so much cuter in person!  I love it!  The flowers are so pretty.

SWEET SWIRL LOLLIPOP EARRINGS -   I bought these to wear to my Posh parties.  And they are so darling!  Love!

PEARL & GEM ACCENT CORD BRACELET - This is also very pretty in person.  And I thought I had bought the white cord one but I am really pleased I got the black one.  Love it even better!

SIMPLE PEARLS & RHINESTONE LAYER NECKLACE -  Very happy with this necklace too!  It is very nice - I really wanted the brown one but it was sold out.

LAYERED CHAINS & BEADS NECKLACE -   This is my favorite piece in my shipment!  Love the coral colors and that it came with a surprise set of earrings!

This is why I love Miss A - lots of cute goodies and you don't spend a fortune.  I got all of this for $12.  And it is super fast - I got it in less than a week.

Have you ever ordered anything from Miss A?  Check it out - they have thousands of items.

What I'm Lovin' Wednesday!

SO more of the Christmas sets are being revealed... and I love them all!  If you want to give me a present this year, you cannot go wrong with a Sephora gift card ;)

Benefit has a really cute theme this year and I want a couple of their sets.  I really want the Sweet Tintations set - those are my favorite tints too! This little set is $26 and which is about a 50% savings.
Delicious Wishes is a cute little set with a lot of my favorites.  This set is not quite the deal that most of the others are at $64.

Birchbox sent out their emails to Aces for selections and I chose the Happy Holiday Hacks - mainly because it has a little candle in it.  I have also been wanting to try the Amika products.  I really did not need another mascara but for the other 4 items, I decided it was worth it.

Hautelook had some very cute stuff on it this week for the holiday season.  I loved this little peppermint pillow - it reminded me of the Sweet Season soaps we are selling right now with Posh.

Hautelook

And I love all things gingerbread at Christmas time so this pillow was adorable!

I also saw these cute Owl wine holders!  Such a cute idea for the holidays!

I am crazy about squirrels so when I saw it, I was in love!

So those are several items on my wish list right now... what are you picking out for your wish list this year?  Any deals I am missing from Sephora or Ulta?

Kawaii October 2014

WHAT'S IN
THE BOX?

EEK! It's here!  My KawaiiBox is finally here and I am in love with the cuteness of this subscription!

The first look: ahhh cuteness! The items can also be purchased at the Blippo site.

Kawaii Box ships for $18.90 and you can only sign up through PayPal.  It ships from Singapore.  The shipped e-mail came on October 8 and I got my box on the 17th.  So really not that long considering its overseas and has to go through customs.

Hello Kitty ink pen with desert decoration - ($2.90)  Hello Kitty is one of my favorites!  My car stuff is all Hello Kitty! I am so happy I got a pen in the box.

Cat Pencil Sharpener - pink cat inside a pot - to sharpen my pencils and sit on my desk! I could not find this exact sharpener on the site but I am putting the value at $4 since that seems to be the consensus for items like it.

Mini Towel with Sweets -   ($4.21)  Nice size washcloth!  Pink with lots of fun kawaii items on it.

Kawaii Pouch with Girl and Bunny -  ($4.61)  I love little bags like this - and this is perfect for my cuteness addiction!

Cupcake Balloon Stickers - ($1.58)  I have been a big sticker collector since I was a little girl and I love these.  Cupcakes!  I would have bought this for myself!

Furry Nemuneko Mini Plush-($4.61)  This is little guy is furry and fun!

Rilakkuma Squishy Desert charm -   ($3.42)  This may be my favorite thing in the box!  It is the cutest spongy bear ever and I am loving how cute it it.

Candy Hairbands - I could not find these exact one on the site but the popsicle and ice cream ones are on sale for 66 cents right now.

Jewelry Seal Phone Stickers -  ($3.82)  These little pink and purple jewel stickers are for decorating your phone.

Puccho Chewy Candy in pink grapefruit - ($3.55)  All the boxes come with a snack - this one is sweet so it is right up my alley!

Puppy card -  I could not find the card on the website but like items are about $1.65  - this is the perfect card for my daughter since we have a Corgi and this looks like our PJ.

I came up with a value of $35.01 for this box and the sub box is $18.90 without a shipping fee - great value!  I like the variety of products too!  I spotted several items in the store I need to put on my list too - which is probably their plan with doing a Kawaii sub box!  Very happy with this subscription box and cannot wait to see what is in next month's box!
