What's in

the box?

Wantable now has 5 - yes, 5 - boxes you can have shipped monthly to your home!  Three of them work like traditional boxes - the Accessories, Intimates, and Makeup boxes.  You fill out a survey of your style and likes/dislikes, and they curate a box just for you.  I like this type of box because you never get something you hate - Hate all those eyeliners in every box?  Just put eyeliner in your hate list, and you will not get one ever.   These boxes are $40 a month but you save $4 on the next month's box if you keep all the items instead of returning pieces for the itemized refund on the card.

Two of their subscription boxes are now style boxes  - they call them edits - you pay a small styling fee and then pay for the items if you decide to keep them.  They have a fashion one and a fitness clothes one.  

I have decided to play a round robin with the boxes since you can skip the traditional 3 at any time.  This month it was Makeup's turn and it did not disappoint.

 First Look:

Fran Wilson MOODmatcher Luxe Twist stick in Orange -  ($8)  The box says this is smudge proof, fade proof and kiss proof.  I wore it for awhile and got it to a Barbie pink but I do not know how dark it would get.  It was a fun item to try out! 

Eddie Funkhouser Luxlight Hydrating Primer -  ($14.99)  I was really excited to see this in my box!  I have never tried anything from this line and have really wanted to!  This is a great size tube too!  

Tarina Tarantino lip gloss in Cabochon -  ($19)  I was not expecting to like this as much as I do!  It is a great shade on me and is so pretty!  I thought it would be too pink but it is actually close to my actual lip shade and puts a lovely shine on my lips.  I need to find out where this $10 retail price is from the Wantable card! These are on sale for $10 right now on Hautelook.

Frankie Rose Cosmetics 3 Shade Blush in Ravish - ($35)  I had not heard of this brand before so I was excited to see it in my box as well.  This is really pretty and I like have the 3 shades instead of having 3 different blushes in my makeup bag! 

 I was blown away by the value and the products in this month's Wantable box.  I had heard some people were not happy with the value since they had gone to a piece return system but I am really loving the boxes that have been curated for me since they did that.  The last Intimates box contained two sets of pajamas.  This makeup box is one of my favorites now! 

Sunday Funday!

How gorgeous are these new Stila palettes?  They are so pretty!  They are Body, Soul, Spirit, and Mind.

I am also crazy about these Tarina Tarantino Dollskin Cream blushes!  They are so pretty inside and out.   These were on Hautelook and probably will be again in a few months.

Too Faced also came out with these limited edition blush and bronzer palettes, they are called Soul Mates - Carrie & Big - and Ross & Rachel.  They are each $34.  You can get these at Sephora or at Too Faced.

I bought a few of the Tupperware heart containers for $4 online the other day and they finally got here on Friday!  Love how big and cute they are.  I am going to use them for gifts and loyal Posh customers.

I also bought this cute pink Penguin water bottle - I love penguins!  I got the b one - pink penguin.  

Paul & Joe is a cosmetic line that did those cat lipsticks from awhile ago!  I wish I could find one but I would never use it!  Anyway, their new Spring collection is coming out soon and look how cute it is?  

Sephora actually handed me out some samples with purchase this week and I have fallen in love with a fragrance - Simply Pink by Pink Sugar.

Saturday Deals and Steals!

Quarterly is having a 50% sale on some of their past boxes and I found one that I really loved.  It was the Glamour Box by Coco.  It sold out so fast!  It has over $75 value and was on sale for $25.

There are still a lot of their boxes still available - even the really nice ones that are not on sale.  

Hautelook is another site I follow to get great deals on makeup - right now Stila, Tarina Tarantino cosmetics, and Crown brushes are on it.  Stila ends Monday at 8 AM Pacific.

Tarina Tarantino is a cosmetic brand that I occasionally find in my subscription boxes and I love it - this sales ends Sunday at 8 am Pacific.  This makeup line is so pretty.  I am really considering getting the Dollskin Cream blush and Pressed Sparklicity in Mr. Pink.

Crown brushes sales also ends Monday at 8 am Pacific.  This brush set is on sale for $10.  My favorite brush right now is a crown eye shadow brush that has a brush on each end!  Love it!

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

     Wantable is one of the more pricey subscription boxes but there are a lot of perks to it too that I think justify the $36 price tag.   There are 3 types of Wantable boxes:  Makeup, Intimates, and Accessories.

First of all, the entire box is refundable.  If you get it and dislike it, you can print off a return label and send all of it back for a full refund.  There is not an option to do this with any other box.   Secondly, their quiz is the most detailed I have seen and they follow it.  You can choose things to be on your love, like and dislike list.  You will never get any item on your dislike list and your products will be pulled from your love and like list.  And finally, you can go in to the website each month and choose to skip any of the three boxes.  If you really want some new accessories, leave that one unskipped and skip the other two.  It goes that way for all three boxes.  If you want to skip all three that month, you can do that too.  

This month I skipped Intimates and Accessories and chose to get a Makeup Box!

First Look: 

This is my quiz results with Love, Like and Dislike. I have a lot of items in my dislike section because these are the items I receive a lot of from other subscription boxes that are not as easy to customize. 

 Vincent Longo Lipstain SPF 15 Lipstick in Fleur de Flirt -  This is the perfect shade for me and I love that this lipstick has sunscreen.  These lipstick retails for $23 on the website. Beautiful shade and love the texture.

Mirabella Blush Duo - This case is so pretty and I love these shades.  Another great pick by Wantable.  These retail for $30.

Tarina Tarantino Eye Dream Highlight Duo-   This is the prettiest eye shadow palette!  I love these shades and they match exactly to what I buy!  These are $19 on the website.  I am thrilled with this pick!

 Ofra Magic Roulette Concealer -  When I first saw this in the box, I thought it was an eye shadow palette.  I was happy to see it was a product to soften discolorations, cover blemishes and hide imperfections.  How pretty is this too? This concealer has a value of $29.95.  

The value on this box is $101.95 and I paid $36 for this subscription.  The value is really there on this Wantable and I was pleased with everything in my box.  The shades were perfect for me because they listened to the quiz I filled out beforehand.
